Refund policy
IF YOU ARE UNHAPPY WITH THE PRODUCT, WE WILL FULLY REFUND WITHIN 7 DAYS OF YOU RECEIVING YOUR GOODS.
Goods in original package maybe returned for a refund within 7 days (excluding postage & handling). This only applies if the goods are deemed faulty. Postage will be paid in full by the purchaser.
- It was purchased directly from the G6fit Active Website
- The original contents including the packaging are returned to us at the address specified by our customer service representative; and
- You comply with these Terms and Conditions.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 30 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
